How to Initiate a Return

- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the product back.
Cost of Returns
All returns are free of charge. MoonVogue covers the cost of return shipping for eligible items.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
- Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll ensure a replacement or full refund is processed promptly.
