Cost of Returns

All returns are free of charge. MoonVogue covers the cost of return shipping for eligible items.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
